Field Work

A Preprofessional Experience is a volunteer or paid position in which you have an opportunity to interact with children and families while experiencing a variety of communities and cultures that may be different from your own. The Preprofessional Experience is designed to give you, a prospective school teacher, opportunities to:Find out more about your own interests, needs, and concernsTest your interest in teaching children as a careerInteract with children, families, and communities. You will also see the time I have put in to my field work. You will also Know that you have to have ten hours of field work. You also find that I watched more then one teacher in a course of two days. You will read my out look on my field work and what I learned.
